Cannot Login/Missing Profile
Are you sure you have the correct login information? Make sure that you have access to the email you have assigned to your account. When logging in select “forgot my password” and you will have your login info emailed to that email address.

If for any reason you choose to remove a friend/contact simply open your “friends” page by clicking on the friends tab and beside their name you can choose to “delete friend”

It is easy to delete old messages from your inbox. Simply visit your mailbox and click “delete”.

Once you have logged in locate the “Profile tab” and scroll to the bottom and click “edit Info”

When you click log-in from the homepage or preview page, you will be given an option if you have forgotten your log-in information to request your password.

- To upload an image- Login and visit your profile page, select “edit profile” and scroll to image section. There you will have the opportunity to “browse” through the files on your computer. You must only select suitable file formats and sizes.
- JPGs and GIFs will only be supported.
- make sure that your jpg/gif settings are at 72 dpi (pixels/inch) and do not exceed a maximum of 1mb
Instant Messenger Help
To use the “DBB” instant messenger help, you must first add the contact you wish to "chat" with to your friend list. To message your friend simply click on the button beside the user name to the far right of photo labelled “message me”. The chat function is real-time and the history of your chat will not be saved.
